Only after a careful selection do the best almonds reach our plants, once there, each variety is classified according to size.

ALICSA, according to market demands, proceeds to make a complete range of forms : un-shelled or shelled almonds natural and blanched-, and blanched processed almonds in slivers, dices, slices, andground.

These processes are carried out under strict E.E.C. quality and sanitary norms.

State of the art, stainless steel machinery is used troughout the process, because being chemically inert, this material is best suited to be in contact with the almonds.

In order to carry ont a continuous polity control of our products we willfully subject them to constant and sistematic analisys of twenty different parameters by public and private laboratories. Our range of packages is adjusted to each customer individual needs. We also have our own transport fleet.
